PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your data with a third party for any marketing purposes. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons:
1. To process your order.
2. To provide you, as a customer, with the best possible service.
Aresson Sports offers special deals to customers at various times during the year. We may contact you to offer you the opportunity to benefit from these deals unless you have specifically asked us not to contact you.
We will give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from any marketing email sent by Aresson Sports.
We do not send marketing emails (spam) to non-customers.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• Phone number
• Fax number
• Email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
We do not collect or hold credit/debit card data from customers. This information is handled through the secure payment system.
Aresson Sports will make every effort to ensure that the information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it promptly.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Either courier or Royal Mail is used to despatch orders. We are unable to guarantee a date for delivery, but we will give you as much information that we can about your order delivery date if requested. We endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible.
Where delivery has been requested for a specific date, Aresson Sports will endeavour to fulfil this request, but an additional charge may be raised if required.
Normally delivery will be 3 working days from order but please allow 7 days to avoid disappointment.
Aresson Sports accepts no liability for any claim for compensation whatsoever for failing to deliver an item on a particular date or time.
Postage rates quoted are for delivery to mainland UK. For orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland, please contact us before purchase and we will advise what the additional postal charge will be.
Aresson Sports reserves the right to vary delivery charges in line with changes to postal and courier rates. Postage is charged in addition to the cost of the item purchased unless otherwise agreed.
VAT is payable on postal, delivery and packaging charges.
Charges are calculated on the weight of the item/s purchased and the cost of packaging.
URGENT DELIVERIES
Time specific deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost subject to availability of goods. Please call us on 0845 3670 406 or e-mail us at info@aresson.co.uk when placing your order for a quote if you require this service.
PRICES
All prices, less those to overseas addresses and the Channel Islands, are subject to the addition of VAT @17.5%. All prices and offers are subject to availability and change. Aresson Sports reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in place at the date of receipt of the customer’s order.
GOODS
Goods listed are offered subject to availability. Aresson Sports will notify you if any item is not immediately in stock and when delivery could be made.
PAYMENT AND TITLE OF GOODS
Payment is required in advance for all orders unless cleared by arrangement with Aresson Sports in advance. Goods for customers who pay by cheque will be despatched once the cheque has been cleared.
Payment terms for wholesale customers are 30 days net unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.
BACS payment facilities for schools and businesses can be arranged.
Aresson Sports reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue account at the rate of 2.5% over base rate per month.
Ownership (title) of any goods will pass to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
DISCREPANCIES AND RETURNS
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all deliveries on receipt and to notify Aresson Sports within 24 hours of receipt of any discrepancy in the order, or of damage caused in transit.
If goods do not meet the customer’s satisfaction, or if the goods are faulty, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
As a customer of Aresson Sports you have the unconditional right to cancel your order/s without giving a reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods & and your money will be returned within 30 days (the 7 working days starts the day after receipt of the goods).
The customer must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession, and must return items with their original packaging in good condition.
The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for all postal and packaging charges incurred by Aresson Sports. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be made after receipt of the original goods supplied by Aresson Sports unless otherwise agreed by Aresson Sports.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGE
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive and look for any damage. The number of boxes/packages you should receive will be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carriers delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature.
Damage to the equipment/packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS UNEXAMINED OR UNCHECKED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You MUST cross out delivered in good condition from the carriers delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages MUST be reported to Aresson Sports by the next working day from signing. Neither Aresson Sports nor the carrier can be held responsible for damages if you do not note them on your delivery note.
